ACCOMODATION
Check-in
- Low - medium season: from 14.30 to 19.00
- High season: Saturday from 14.00 to 19.30
Check-out
- By 10.00.

MINIMUM STAY
- In low season it is possible to book a minimum of 2 nights;
- In mid season it is possible to book a minimum of 3 nights;
- In high season stay only the week from Saturday to Saturday.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
To confirm a reservation send a deposit of 10% of the total amount by credit card or bank transfer. Payment of the remaining balance at the time of check-in For another types of payment methods, please contact the Estate.
CANCELLATIONS
In case of cancellation, the customer is obliged to give written notice (via e-mail). The communication date represents the criterion according to which any penalty will be applied:
- 10% non-refundable deposit;
- 30% of the total price of the stay for withdrawal communicated 60 to 30 days before arrival;
- 50% of the total price of the stay for withdrawal communicated from 29 to 15 days before arrival;
- 80% of the total price of the stay for withdrawal communicated from 14 to 2 days before the arrival;
- 100% of the total price of the stay for withdrawal communicated 1 day before arrival, in case of non-arrival or in case of cancellation during the stay
The price includes:
- Set of bed linen and towels, including weekly change;
- Equipped kitchen;
- Water, gas and light consumption;
- Satellite TV;
- Final cleaning (for stays over 3 nights);
- Private covered parking;
- Outdoor space / private gazebo;
- Access to the swimming pool (opening May 1st - October 15th);
- Free WI-FI;
- Shared laundry;
- Barbecue;
- Safe.
The price doesn't include:
- Tourist tax (€ 1.00 / person per night, for a maximum of 6 nights, excluding children under 14 years);
- Cleaning of the apartment during the stay: € 35.00 / two-room apartment and € 45.00 / three-room apartment (for stays of 3 nights or less )
- Extra bed: € 40.00 / week or fraction;
- Crib / high chair : € 25.00 / week or fraction;
- Extra towel set: € 7.00;
- Pool towel: € 4.00;
- Heating: € 4.00 per m3;
- Pet: € 30.00 / week or fraction;
