Produced from traditional grapes of the territory, coming from the youngest vineyards, enhancing the properties of the fruit and freshness to create a young, disengaged and genuine wine.
Typology: Red I.G.T. Tuscany
Wine area:from 250 to 280 meters s.l.m. The soil is clayey and tuff. The training system is the "Cordone speronato" and the number of vines per hectare is 5,000.
Fermentation:in steel tanks at automatically controlled temperature, with maceration for about 20 days and daily pumping over.
Maturation and aging:maturation in steel vats. Aging 3 months in bottle.
Tasting notes:uby red color. Intense and fruity aroma. Fresh and lively but persistent taste.
