Presented in public 2 years after the harvest on August 10th in the "Night of the Stars", it takes its name from the area that overlooks the vineyards from which it is produced.
Historic wine of the company, it is a symbol of the company's winemaking tradition.

Grape variety:
Sangiovese.
Wine area:
from 250 to 280 meters s.l.m. The soil is clayey and tuff. The training system is the "Cordone speronato" and the number of vines per hectare is 5,000.
Fermentation:
in steel tanks at automatically controlled temperature, with maceration for about 20 days and daily pumping over and punching down.
Maturation and aging:
12 months maturation in French oak barrels. Aging 5/6 months in bottle.
Tasting notes:
ruby red color with garnet reflections. Very rich and complex bouquet with fresh scents of small fruits. The taste is harmonious and balanced, intense and persistent at the end.
