Conditions of stay

MINIMUM STAY
- For the Room Only and B&B rate plans there’re no stay limits.
- For the Promotional rate plans we have rates with a minimum stay of 3 and 7 nights
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
All you have to do is book your stay through our site or on our partners' sites.
Payment for accommodation will be made at check-in. At reception it is possible to pay by credit card, in
cash, or by bank transfer. For different payment methods, please contact the Property.
CANCELLATIONS
In case of cancellation, the guest is obliged to give written notice (via e-mail). The communication date represents the criterion according to which any penalty will be applied:
Free cancellation up to 1 day before the arrival date on the following dates:
• from 7/01/2024 to 27/03/2024
• from 03/11/2024 to 23/12/2024
In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 24 hours before check-in, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Free cancellation up to 3 days before the arrival date on the following dates:
• from 1/04/2024 to 13/06/2024
• from 22/09/2024 to 02/11/2024
• from 24/12/2024 to 27/12/2024
In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 3 days before check-in, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date on the following dates:
• from 28/03/2024 to 31/03/2024
• from 14/06/2024 to 21/09/2024
• from 27/12/2024 to 31/12/2024
In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 7 days before check-in, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Price includes:

Services inside the apartment (gas, water and electricity);

Access to the swimming pool (1 May – 15 October);

Free, covered parking inside the structure;

Laundry room equipped for common and free use;

Bed linen and towels provided on arrival;

Wifi in the apartment;

Barbecue areas for common and free use (not equipped);
Price does not include:
- Tourist tax: €2.00 / person (from 14 years of age) for a maximum of 6 nights;
- Final cleaning: €45.00 two-room / €55.00 three-room, for stays of 3 nights or less
- Extra cleaning: €40.00 two-room apartment / €50.00 three-room apartment;
- Extra bed space: €55.00 / week or part thereof;
- Cot and high chair: €35.00 / week or part thereof;
- Pet access: €40.00 / week or part thereof
- Gas for heating: €4.50 / m3;
- Extra towel set: €8.00;
- Pool towel: €5.00;
